How do Reviews in Broadly work? 

When a customer is added to the Broadly app, Broadly will automatically send them a review request. By default, we send a text message first, then an email a few days later depending on their response (or lack thereof) to the first request. One-Click Reviews with Text and Email

Broadly’s Direct-to-Review strategy yields the highest review rates by making it as fast and easy as possible for your customers to leave a review. This one-click strategy results in 30% more reviews on average than the feedback-first strategy. This technology applies to both text and email review requests. Smarter Asks

Our technology is able to determine which review websites your customers are most likely already logged in on. This helps remove the barrier of needing to sign in to leave a review. We currently support Google, Facebook, Nextdoor and TripAdvisor. If there's another site you'd like to gather reviews on please contact us at support@broadly.com.

Customizable Review Requests 

We want to make sure that customers know your review requests are coming straight from you. Broadly's branding doesn't appear on any part of the review request allowing your business to be front and center at all times. Email us at support@broadly.com if you'd like to make changes to your email review request. 

Automated Review Requests 

Broadly integrations allow us to securely obtain customer names, emails, and phone numbers directly from your business system. We will automatically follow up with your customers to request feedback. The list of supported integrations is always growing, but a few of our most common ones include:

Broadly App

You can view your review request history in the Inbox in the Broadly app. This allows you to see how frequently your customers are coming in and how many review requests Broadly has sent on your behalf. You can send text messages to them at any stage of the customer relationship and will be notified when you receive a response. Please see our instructions on Downloading the Broadly App.

Dashboard

The Broadly Dashboard provides customer satisfaction data and tracks the number of reviews your business is getting over time. You can also track customer satisfaction by specific team members and read and respond to your Google Reviews in the Dashboard. Learn more in our article on the Broadly Dashboard.
