Broadly Dashboard

Broadly's Dashboard allows businesses to: 

  • Effortlessly track customer engagement efforts across the Broadly app with built-in, preset insights
  • Monitor customer response rate of review requests, total and cumulative review counts, and ratings across platforms
  • Increase efficiency and optimize workflows by tracking trends within each feature over time
  • Improve the customer experience by measuring the average response time to inbound messages
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through popular lead sources
  • Rely on data rather than guesswork to inform marketing budgets and team priorities

The single location dashboard can be accessed with the Dashboard menu item, at the top of the main left-hand menu for every location. At a glance, you will be able to see a high-level view of your performance with Broadly.

You can click on each of the tiles to get more detailed data on Reviews, Contacts, Leads, Messages, Commutative Reviews, and Payments.

Click on the Reviews tile to see:

How your Facebook, and Google profiles are performing over the selected date range. Check out our article on Connecting Online Profiles for more information. 

Your review request response rate over the selected date range and a count of how many review requests have been sent vs. responded to. Check out our article on How to Get the Most Online Reviews for strategies for boosting your results. 

If you're using an NPS review strategy, a NPS analysis will also be available to reveal the breakout of promoters, passives and detractors over the selected date range. 

Click on the Contacts tile to see:

A cumulative view of where your contacts have been coming from over the past year. Contact sources include: Integration, Web Chat, Contact Form, Google, Facebook, App, Text/SMS. Check out our article on Adding Contacts for instructions for setting up different contact sources. 

Click on the Leads tile to see: 

A cumulative view of where your leads have been coming from over the past year. Lead sources include: Web Chat, Contact Form, Google, Facebook, Text/SMS. Check out our article on Lead Sources to learn more about getting leads in Broadly. 

​Click on the Messages tile to see: 

The average response time to inbound messages over the selected date range. The green section represents average response times up to 24 hours and the end of the red section represents 48+ hours. We do not count automated messages as a response. 

Where your inbound messages are coming from over the selected date range. The comprehensive list of inbound message sources include: Web Chat, Contact Form, Google, Facebook, Text/SMS, Email. More information can be found in our article on Messaging Contacts.

For businesses that have enabled automated reminders, you can view how many Appointment Reminders and Service Reminders have been sent over the selected date range. Check out our article on Appointment Reminders for Auto and Service Reminders for Auto to learn more about these features. 

Click on the Cumulative Reviews tile to see:

A monthly breakout of your reviews received over the past year. This includes data from Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor. Nextdoor is not included as they do not have the concept of a star rating. 

Click on the Payments tile to see: 

A breakout of your payments by type and revenue by payment types over the selected date range. The comprehensive list of payment types include: Credit Card, ApplePay, Google Pay, Pay Over Time, Cash, Check, Other. The Multi-location Dashboard can still be accessed at dashboard.broadly.com. Log in with the same credentials you use to access your Broadly app. Within this Broadly dashboard you can:

  • Compare your Results Across Locations 
  • Review the Progress of your Online Reputation
  • Understand Trends in your Customer Satisfaction 
  • Address Customer Feedback & Reply to Online Reviews
  • Track Your Team’s Performance
