Responding to Google Reviews

Responding to reviews is essential for building a strong online reputation. You can easily track and respond to Google reviews in the Broadly app and Dashboard.

Why Responding is Worth Your Time

  • Responding to Google reviews will make you appear higher in search results. Whether you respond to your Google reviews is one of the factors that Google takes into consideration when deciding how to rank your Google My Business page compared to your competitors.

  • Prospective customers want to partner with businesses that care about them. Responding to reviews is a great way to demonstrate how your company values its customer's experiences.

How to Respond to Reviews via Broadly 

In the Broadly App:

  1. In the Broadly app, on desktop or mobile, select "Reviews" in the main left-hand menu.
  2. Select the reply button beneath the review you wish to respond to.
  3. Enter your response into the white “Enter your reply” area.
  4. Select "Send."
  5. Your response should be visible on your public Google page shortly.

In the Broadly Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Broadly Dashboard on your desktop and select "Reviews" in the top menu.
  2. Type your response into the white box beneath the Google review you wish to respond to.
  3. Select "Respond."
  4. Your review should be visible on your public Google page shortly.
