You can send a review request when you first add a contact to Broadly, but you can also send review requests to existing customers if needed! This is helpful when:
- A lead has become a customer and you're ready to request a review.
- You just talked to a happy customer and would like to re-request a review.
- A contact was originally added to Broadly for communication purposes, but you're now ready to request a review
To request a review, find the contact in question and select the review request button in the lower-left of the conversation view:
After the review request button has been selected, you will need to confirm that you'd like to request a review from this contact.
Once confirmed, the review request will be sent out!
