Broadly does automatically follow up with your customers to help you get more online reviews! We are careful not to over-communicate with your customers based on the following guidelines:
If we have your customer's email on file AND...
- Your customer has not opened or responded to the initial review requests, Broadly will send out another review request five days later to encourage them to leave an online review or feedback.
- Your customer left a four-star or five-star review on Google on the initial review request, Broadly will send out another review request three days later thanking them for their support and encouraging them to leave a review on another review site. To give your customers more options for leaving reviews, consider Connecting Online Profiles.
Your customer will NOT receive additional review requests:
- If your customer has responded as a detractor (thumbs down) to the initial review request.
- If we do not have your customer's email on file, we will not be able to send out any follow-up messages on your behalf. Learn how to add your customer's email to the Broadly app in our article on Editing & Deleting Contacts.
Please Note: Broadly will not send out more than two review requests within 60 days to any repeat customers. This period can be adjusted to 30 or 90 days under "Settings" > "Messaging" > "Review Request Frequency."
If you would like to disable review requests for any of your contacts, check out our article on Disabling Automated Follow-Ups.
