Disabling Facebook Messaging
If you would like to disconnect from Facebook Messaging through Broadly:
Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools. This should give you the option to “View and edit” your Broadly permissions.
Make sure “Manage and access Page conversations in Messenger” is off.
After making this change you will no longer receive Leads from Facebook Messenger into Broadly. You will still be able to:
- Send Contacts added into Broadly to leave Reviews on Facebook.
- Access real-time reporting on your Facebook reviews.
- Reporting on your Facebook reviews in the Broadly Dashboard.
