Data Sources

What is a Data Source?

Business systems are the source of data for Broadly integrations. Integrations are a connection between your business system and Broadly that allows us to automatically obtain customers' contact information and send them review requests on your behalf.

Privacy Policy

Broadly collects only the information we need to provide you with our service. For example, when connected with an invoicing software like QuickBooks, we only pull the name, email, and phone number of customers who have been invoiced. For other integrations, we pull contact information for customers who have completed appointments, and closed service orders. etc. You can view additional details in our Terms of Service/Privacy Policy

In-App Integrations

Below are the data sources that you can easily connect within the Broadly App on your own:

  • Booker
  • Clio
  • Housecall Pro

  2. Select on Data Sources
  3. Choose Add Data Source
  4. Click on Select ...  and choose the appropriate business system
  5. You will have to log into the business system as the Admin to complete the connection
