Broadly sends a weekly report every Sunday, which includes recent reviews and a link to share these reviews on your Facebook business page. Sharing reviews on your Facebook business page can help in a few ways:
- Provide updated content for your page, which lets page visitors know your business is active.
- Prove that your customers are happy with your services, to boost confidence in your business.
- Promote traffic to your website - anyone who clicks on the shared review will be taken directly to the review.
Follow these steps to share reviews on your Facebook business page through Broadly's weekly reports.
- Open your weekly report from Broadly and scroll down to view the reviews section.
- The reviews section includes your Google and Facebook reviews from the past 30 days. Select the "Share on Facebook" link below the review that you'd like to share on your Facebook business page.
This link will take you to a Facebook page, where you'll need to choose the business page that you'd like to share this review on. If you do not see the option to "Share on a Page You Manage," you may be logged into the wrong Facebook account.
Once you have selected the business page, you're good to go! You can choose to add some additional comments of your own, or simply select the Post to Facebook button at the bottom of the page.
