Messaging Contacts

You can easily message your contacts through the Broadly App. This feature is useful if you would like to set up appointments, confirm services, or provide quotes.

  • Messages out of the Broadly app are sent as a text if there is a number that can be texted included in that customer's "Contact Info."
  • If there is only an email listed in "Contact Info" then the message will be sent to the customer as an email.
  • If both are listed but a customer prefers email over text, you can adjust their Contact Method.
