Disabling Automated Follow-Ups

Broadly helps you get as many online reviews as possible by automatically following up with your customers. If the "Automated Follow-Ups" toggle is green, Broadly will automatically send Review Request Follow-ups. To disable automatic follow-ups for a particular contact, set the "Automated Follow-ups" toggle to grey.

Access the Automated Follow-ups toggle in the Broadly app

  1. Navigate to "Inbox" on the left-hand menu
  2. Select the contact by clicking on their name. You can search for a specific contact in the search bar at the top.
  3. Select the three stacked dots in the upper right-hand corner
  4. Select "Contact Info" 
  5. Click the toggle text to "Automated Follow-Ups." It will turn grey to indicate that it is turned off. 

This setting only disables any automated messages from being sent to this customer. You are still able to take advantage of Texting Contacts and sending Campaigns and Payments requests.
