Snoozing Conversations

With all the activity in your Broadly Inbox, it can be hard to keep track of past conversations. Snoozing is intended to help you remember to follow up with important conversations at a specific time.

When users choose to snooze a conversation, a box will pop up with the options for when they can 'Snooze Until.'

Snoozing Previews in Inbox

Once a conversation is snoozed, the Inbox preview will confirm when it’s been snoozed until.

When it’s time for the conversation to ‘wake up,’ it will be bumped to the top of the Inbox and the conversation preview will indicate when the conversation was initially snoozed.

After a user replies to that conversation, the conversation preview will revert to the default time (no mention of snoozing).

FAQs

What user roles can snooze?

All users can snooze conversations.

Who can see that a conversation is snoozed?

Anyone can see that a conversation is snoozed but there isn't a way to see who snoozed it. If it's important to know who hit snooze, leave a note in the conversation.

Can you dismiss the snooze action?

No, once a conversation is snoozed the only way to dismiss the snooze is to complete the snoozed conversation by messaging the contact in some way (direct message or send payment/review request)
