Connecting your Website Contact Form with Broadly

Broadly can also integrate with your website's contact form so that you can manage your inquiries in real-time through the Broadly app. No more missing messages from new contacts or losing business because you didn't respond in time!

How it Works 

Once your contact form is connected to Broadly, when a website visitor submits an inquiry through your contact form the inquiry will be pushed into your Broadly "Inbox" as a "Lead".

It is important that you enable notifications on your mobile device or desktop computer so that you are notified quickly of the inquiry.

You will be able to view the "Lead" in your "Inbox" in the Broadly App. We recommend reading our article on Responding to Leads for more information!

How to Connect

  1. In your Broadly app go to "Settings" in the main left-hand menu. 
  2. Select "Web Chat."
  3. Scroll down to "contact form" at the bottom of the page. Note your unique "consumer+xxxxxx@broadly.com" email.
  4. In your website editor update your contact form to use that email address.
