Broadly helps consolidate customer communications into one place. You can manage incoming inquiries from your website’s contact form, Google Messages, Facebook Messenger, and Broadly’s Web Chat all through the Broadly app.
Lead Notifications
You can be notified of an incoming lead via email and push notifications on your devices.
- To enable push notification read our article on Device Notifications.
- Lead notifications are enabled by default in your Broadly app. Our article on Notifications provides details on how to adjust those preferences.
Responding to Leads
- Clicking on an email or push notification will take you directly to the conversation view in your Inbox where you can communicate with the new lead.
- You can also monitor incoming leads in your Inbox which is located at the top of the main left-hand menu in your Broadly app.
Additional Notes
- Broadly does not automatically collect contact information for Google and Facebook leads. We recommend asking your customers for their contact information and adding it to Broadly. When you add a customer's contact information, Broadly will default to sending any messages via text to the number listed. If there is only an email listed, Broadly will send your messages to their email. Without updating the contact information customers will continue to receive your messages out of Broadly to their Google or Facebook.
- In the Broadly app, a lead is converted into a customer when the customer is sent a review request.
