If you are having trouble reconnecting Facebook via the Broadly app please contact support@broadly.com for a special link to reconnect.
If you continue experiencing difficulty reconnecting even with the link, you likely have some hard-coded FB settings that need to be updated.
To check those settings go to: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools. You should see an option to “View and edit” their Broadly permissions.
Make sure “Manage and access Page conversations in Messenger” is on, and the related page(s) are selected.
Once these settings are updated, go back to the app and follow the prompts to reconnect your Facebook connection. For instructions on how to do so please see our article on Connecting Online Profiles.
