Admin users can manage online profile connections with Broadly, under Settings > Online Profiles.
Connecting to Google
- Login to your Broadly app and navigate to Settings > Online Profiles > Google.
- Find your business in the field labeled "search for your location." Once you've found it, select "Connect this Location." If you're unable to find your business please check out our article on Finding your Google Maps Location URL.
- If you're already connected to get reviews but need to update your connection, you will be given the option to select "Sign in to Google My Business" instead.
- Sign in with the admin credentials for your Google My Business account and follow the prompts.
Once Connected you will be able to:
- Receive Leads from Google Messages into Broadly. Learn more in our article on Lead Sources.
- Add Google Message leads into your Broadly contacts to receive review requests.
- Access real-time reporting on your Google reviews.
- Reply to Google reviews in the Broadly app or the Broadly Multi-Location Dashboard.
- View Google review reporting in the Broadly Dashboard.
- Have access to your entire Google review history.
Connecting to Facebook
- Login to your Broadly app and navigate to Settings > Online Profiles > Facebook.
- Select Reconnect Facebook > Sign in with your Facebook account, or Sign in with a different account.
- Sign in with the email/password for the Facebook profile that is an admin on your business page. For most people, this means you will first have to log into your personal Facebook profile before you're given the option to select your business page.
- Follow the prompts to approve the connection

- Add Facebook Messenger leads to your Broadly contacts to receive review requests.
- Access real-time reporting on your Facebook reviews.
- View reporting on your Facebook reviews in the Broadly Dashboard.
Other Online Profiles
When you connect these online profiles, it allows Broadly to send customers to this page to leave you a review. Your review results will be displayed in the Broadly Dashboard. Access these options by navigating to Settings > Online Profiles.
Nextdoor
- Building a strong reputation on Nextdoor can be a game-changer in areas in which it is popular. People on Nextdoor tend to have exceptionally high trust in the reviews posted there.
- To connect copy the public URL for your Nextdoor business listing and paste the URL into the Broadly app.
TripAdvisor
- TripAdvisor is a valuable tool for businesses within the tourism industry or in areas that have a lot of tourism.

How does Broadly decide which review website to send customers to?
By default, Broadly's first review request (usually sent as a text) takes customers directly to Google since it is the most important platform for online reviews. The follow-up review request (usually sent via email) leverages Broadly's "smarter ask" technology which scans the customer's internet browsing history to determine which review site they are most likely already logged into.
We recommend connecting all relevant online profiles to Broadly to ensure that Broadly takes your customers to an online review website they are already active on.
