Creating a quote
You are able to create an invoice using “Send Quote” in a conversation or through the contact details page.
You are able to add as many line items as they need and attach a price to the individual line items. The total for all included line items will be calculated automatically.
There is an area to add notes to the invoice. The notes cannot be edited after an invoice has been sent.

Converting a Quote to an Invoice
Accepted quotes can be converted into Invoices from within the Quote Details.
When a quote is converted to an invoice, the invoice will be pre-populated with the items, related prices, and any notes. You can edit the line items and notes before sending out the invoice. You will also be asked if you would like Broadly to automatically send your customers a review request 15 minutes after they pay the invoice. You can disable it for the contact and manually send the review request later.
After the invoice has been sent, these fields will no longer be editable. If any changes need to be made, the best action would be to void the existing invoice and create a new one.
