Facebook requires every business page to be owned by a personal profile. To connect your business page to Broadly, you will need to use the Facebook Connect link. This is in the "Connect Your Review Pages" email that we sent to you upon signing up with Broadly. If you didn't receive this email, please contact your Customer Success Manager at support@broadly.com.
Once you click on the blue "Facebook Connect" button in the email, we will:
- Ask you to sign in to Facebook with your admin credentials (if you're not already signed in)
- Confirm you are the admin of the business page
- Request access to view the pages you manage
- Confirm the correct business page to connect to your Broadly service
Once you've completed the steps above, you will see a "Success" message, confirming your Facebook business page is now connected to Broadly.
