Reporting Using the Payments Feature

All of your invoices and receipts are saved in the customer conversation history (within the app Contacts).  You can also view a summary of Payments activity in the Dashboard tab.

The Invoices tab includes details about when invoices were sent, who they were sent to, and their payment status.  App Managers and Admins can export an Invoices report through Broadly's desktop web app.

The Payouts tab includes details about when to expect a deposit (of your customer payments) into your bank account.  

In addition to these in-app reports, Broadly will send you a daily summary via email to help you keep track of:

  • Customer payments deposited into your bank
  • Outstanding (unpaid) invoices
