How does Broadly decide which review website to send my customers to?

By default, Broadly's first review request (usually sent as a text) takes customers directly to Google since it is the most important platform for online reviews.

The follow-up review request (usually sent via email) leverages Broadly's "smarter ask" technology which scans the customer's internet browsing history to determine which review site they are most likely already logged into.
