If one of your customers disputes a payment that you believe to be accurate, we recommend that you first work directly with that customer to have them reverse the dispute through their bank. This is the most effective way to address and reverse a disputed charge.
Broadly uses Stripe to power Payments and we adhere to Stripe's Services Agreement. Through Stripe, Broadly is able to submit evidence for the dispute on your behalf. To proceed with submitting evidence through Stripe, Broadly Support will work with you to understand your options and how to best proceed to address a dispute. Submitting evidence through Stripe is supplementary to working directly with the customer, to reverse the dispute through their bank.
