Respond to your Leads as Quickly as Possible
- Modern consumers will go to your website and expect to get access to the information that they need in just a few clicks! The faster that you can respond to them, the more likely your chances of converting them into customers!
- Broadly will send an email and a push notification to your Broadly app that you can easily access on your mobile device or desktop. Please review our article on Device Notifications to ensure that yours are enabled.
Responding to Leads
- We recommend introducing yourself, thanking them for contacting you, addressing their inquiry. Here is a sample message that you can use, "Hi, this is John from Broadly. Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you're looking for a quote today. What is the size of the carpet you would like to get cleaned?"
- If you decide to call the lead instead of writing back, send them a message through your Broadly app after the phone call, summarizing what you discussed. This will help you keep a record of the conversation, and keep you and your contact on the same page in regards to pricing, scheduling, etc.
Recommendations for Google and Facebook leads
- Broadly does not automatically collect contact information for Google and Facebook leads. We recommend asking your customers for their contact information and adding it to Broadly. When you add a customer's contact information, Broadly will default to sending any messages via text to the number listed. If there is only an email listed, Broadly will send your messages to their email. Without updating the contact information customers will continue to receive your messages out of Broadly to their Google or Facebook.
