How it Works
1. After a website visitor provides their contact information and a qualified inquiry, Broadly will ask them which location they are looking to get in touch with.
2. The chat will confirm the selection and route this new business “lead” to the related location in the Broadly app. If no location is selected, Broadly will route the new lead to a default location.
3. The website visitor (the new lead) will also receive a confirmation of their inquiry via text/email, based on their provided contact information. As a business, you are now able to continue the conversation with this lead, in the Broadly app.

How to Enable Web Chat for Multiple Locations
- In your Broadly app, navigate to the location that you’d like to be the default choice if website visitors do not have a location preference.
- Go to "Settings" > "Web Chat" for that location and turn on the "Use Web Chat for multiple locations" toggle, it should turn green.
- Install the Broadly Web Chat code listed under the customization options on your website. This will enable Web Chat for all locations that have the Broadly service.
- If you do not want a particular location to receive Web Chat leads, turn off the "Enable Web Chat" toggle in the "Settings" > "Web Chat" for that location, it should turn grey.
