I’m new to Broadly - What’s next?

Welcome! Neighborly will start working on your integration so that we can automatically send review requests to your customers. This usually takes between 5-7 days for them to complete, and we will send you an email confirmation once the integration is live. Neighborly will also be completing any website edits on your behalf.

In the meantime, you should log into your Broadly App. Upon signing up, you should have received temporary login credentials via email. Go to app.broadly.com in an internet browser or download Broadly Engage on your mobile device and enter those credentials so you’re ready to track your progress when the integration is live. If you have more than one location with Broadly, you’ll be able to access them all from one App login. Simply go to “Settings” and select “Location” to access each location.

Beyond that, not much work is needed on your end to get set up. A Customer Success Manager will check in with you in a few days to give you more updates!
