Resetting your Password
Resetting your password is easy!
- Open the Broadly app or Broadly Dashboard click on the Forgot your password? link on the sign in page.
- On the next page, enter the email address associated with your Broadly login and then click on the blue Continue button.
- A "Reset your password" email should arrive in your inbox shortly.
When you receive the email, click on the link within to create your new password. After you've saved your new password, the browser will take you back to the login screen for the Broadly Desktop App or Broadly Dashboard. You can also follow these steps within the Broadly Mobile App.
Changing your Password
If you have your existing Broadly App login credentials and need to change your password:
- Open the Broadly app
- Select Account in the lower-left corner of the screen
- Select the option Security and it will lead to a change password screen
You can also follow these steps within the Broadly Mobile App. If you access Broadly through the Dashboard, follow the instructions above for reseting your password to change your password.

Password Requirements
Your password must adhere to the following requirements:
- 10 or more characters
- Includes both capital and lower case letters
- At least one number
- At least one special character
As a general rule for security, we do not recommend using the same password as any other service or app.
