Once your integration is live, you will start to see your customers’ names appear in the “Contacts” tab of your Broadly App. This is where you can keep track of who is receiving and responding to review request messages. Broadly will automatically follow up with your customers via text or email every time you close a job in your business system. It may take up to 24 hours from the time the job is completed until the customer contact info is made available to Broadly and a review request is sent to the customer.
The review request appears to come from your business, not Broadly, and the message is customizable. When a customer clicks on a link in the review request message, Broadly automatically sends them to Google to leave a review.
If a customer doesn't respond to your first review request message, Broadly automatically sends them a follow-up email five days later.
For repeat transactions, Broadly will only send one set of review request messages within the review request frequency window (located in “Settings”). Our technology ensures that you are getting as many reviews as possible from your customers without over-messaging them.
