Enabling Payments 

Navigate to "Payments" and "Connect your bank account" then select the blue "Connect your bank account" button.

You will be taken to a new page that asks for your Mobile Number and Email. Once filled out, click next.

You will be rerouted into Stripe where you will be able to enter your:

  1. Business details. All information, including the business name, must exactly match what they have on their tax forms.
  2. Personal information, including their home address, birthday, and social security number.
  3. If the "This person owns 25% or more of the company" option is unchecked, Stripe will prompt the user to fill out this same personal information for any other co-owners.
  4. Bank account and routing information, for the bank they'd like to connect to Broadly Payments.

After you've submitted the information, you will see this summary and can edit any information. You should also receive a confirmation of setup directly from Stripe, which will include a link to the Stripe Dashboard. Clicking "Done" will route you back to Broadly.rtaImage (24).jpg

Once Payments is set up, you will be given the option to set up Pay Over Time. This feature will allow you to collect full payment upfront (minus the 3.9% transaction fee) and provide options for your customers to pay for the service in instalments.
