Enabling Pay Over Time

Pay Over Time may be a great tool for your business if you've had the experience of: 

  • Customers who decline larger services because they don’t have enough money upfront
  • Being overwhelmed addressing a high volume of lower-priced services
  • Having to chase customers for payment when installments are involved

Here's how it works: if a customer opts to "Pay over time in installments" on a Payment Request sent out of Broadly, our partner, Wisetack, will provide you with the full payment upfront (minus the 3.9% transaction fee) and provide options for your customers to pay for the service in installments. Enabling Pay Over Time 

Navigate to "Payments" in the left-hand menu and select "Set up."

Initiating the Pay Over Time setup kicks off an application to our partner Wisetack. The application process is detailed in the screenshots below.

Wisetack can take up to 5 business days to approve an application, although generally, they approve within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation from Wisetack.
