The Broadly App allows you to quickly see your Broadly results at any time!
The Team Report gives you the ability to monitor your team's performance and engagement based on the review request messages sent out. This report will show you how many customers are associated with each team member, and how many of those customers left a review on the supported review platforms.

The Team Report can be filtered by Year, Month, Week or a Custom date.
To populate the Team Report, invite your team to use the Broadly App, then associate each customer who has been added to the App with an Assisting Team Member. If your customers are automatically added to Broadly, please get in touch with Broadly Support to see if your business system integration supports associating customers with a team member.
You can access the Team Report by clicking on Reports in your menu bar and selecting Team. Then choose the time period at the top of the screen to generate this quick report.
