Cancellation and Refund Requests

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your Broadly subscription, please send a written request to support@broadly.com.

We do require 30 days of advanced notice prior to your next billing date.

For example, if your billing date is on the 15th of each month and you request to cancel on December 20th, you will see one final charge on January 15th, and your Broadly services will remain active through February 14th. After that, you will not see any further charges on your account, and your Broadly services will be discontinued.

Removing Broadly from your website

To completely remove your business from Broadly, please complete the following steps:

  1. If your Contact Form was connected to Broadly, please change the email address back to your own.
  2. For WordPress websites, please deactivate the Broadly Plugin.

Disconnecting a Broadly Integration

If Broadly was integrated on your Windows computer, please uninstall the upload client from your computer. This will stop Broadly from receiving your customer data.

  1. Perform a Windows search for "Add or Remove Programs."
  2. Look for the "Broadly Upload Client" program (usually listed alphabetically, so should be towards the top).
  3. Click on it and select "Uninstall."

Refunds

If you believe there was a mistake on your account's billing and would like to request a refund, please contact your Customer Success Manager at support@broadly.com and we will investigate further on your behalf.

Contracts

Broadly customers who have signed an Annual Agreement will abide by the terms of the agreement as noted here: https://broadly.com/terms/, and are subject to the Broadly’s Cancellation Policies. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the Subscription Term unless notice of non-renewal is provided at thirty (30) days prior to the then-current term.

Annual Paid Upfront agreements typically receive the lowest monthly rate. Broadly has a no-refund policy unless it’s been deemed that Broadly did not provide the agreed upon service. As results will vary depending on numerous factors and are dependent on the customer's use of service, results of Broadly’s service do not constitute a breach of contract.

Annual Paid Monthly agreements are held to the same terms and conditions as an Annual Paid Upfront agreement. No refunds will be offered unless it's been deemed that Broadly did not provide the agreed upon service, in which a buy-out of the remaining months on the term can be negotiated.

Month-to Month agreements must adhere to Broadly’s cancellation policies as noted above.
