Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle begins on the day you sign up for Broadly and is automatically renewed based on your subscription service.

For example, if you signed up with Broadly on January 20th:

  • For a monthly subscription, your subscription will automatically renew on the 20th of every month, starting February 20th
  • For a semi-annual subscription (6 months), your subscription will automatically renew on July 20th for the next 6 months
  • For an annual subscription (12 months), your subscription will automatically renew on January 20th of the following year for another year

If you need to make any updates to your subscription, please make sure to contact us at least 30 days prior to the next billing date to give us time to process your request.

Semi-annual and annual subscriptions will offer you additional savings. If you're interested in these savings, please contact your Customer Success Manager at support@broadly.com.
