Locate your welcome email: Search for an email titled "Welcome to Broadly Business App". This email contains your initial login credentials.

- Reset your password: You'll be prompted to reset your password the first time you log in.

Broadly Classic vs. New Experience Access
To leverage our latest AI features, we've introduced a new platform called Broadly Business App (Broadly New Experience). For now, you'll have two separate logins:
- Broadly Classic: This is your existing login for accessing the traditional Broadly features.
- Broadly New Experience: This is your new login specifically for accessing the AI-powered features within the Broadly Business App.
We understand that having two logins might not be ideal. That's why we're actively working on migrating all your NPS data to the new platform. Our goal is to provide a single, unified login experience for all Broadly tools in the future.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it:

Go to the login page: > Navigate to https://neighborly.broadly.com/

Select "Reset Password": > Click on the "Reset Password" link. (More specific action verb)

Enter your email address: > Enter the email address associated with your Broadly account and > click "Reset".
Check your email: You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
