The User Profile allows you to edit your notification settings, update your personal information, and reset your password.
You can manage your user profile by clicking on the dropdown next to your name in the top right corner and then clicking Edit Profile.
With the user profile page, you can resolve some simple issues on your own (example: password reset) rather than waiting for assistance. This page is required to grant you "Right to Access" and "Right to Rectification" under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Here are a few of the exciting features that are included in the user profile page:
- View and edit your Personal Profile details which includes:
- First and Last Name
- Location/Address
- Add a phone number
- Change your password
- Edit your notification settings
- Set a profile photo
How can I set this up?
You can easily set up your profile by going through the following steps:
- Log in to the platform.
- Select the drop-down arrow of your name in the top right corner.
- Click on Edit Profile.
