Customer Comments

Social Marketing users can monitor comments that their business profile has been tagged in on Instagram, Facebook, and X by navigating to Tools > Comments.

Knowing what customers are saying about your business is one of the most important parts of social media management. By pulling these posts into Social Marketing, you will no longer have to go directly to each social account to monitor social presence. 

How do customer comments work?

If you have not connected Social Marketing to your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, or X) please start by connecting your accounts by navigating to Social Marketing > Settings > Connect Accounts.

Please note that the accounts must be business profiles.  

Once your accounts are connected, Social Marketing will begin pulling in any posts that the Business's handle has been tagged in. The business can be tagged in either the caption of a post or in a comment on an existing post.

Once the post has been pulled into Social Marketing, it will appear in the Comments section.
