When a social media account is disconnected, all scheduled posts for that social account will be saved as drafts.
After reconnecting your social account(s), you can convert the drafted posts back to scheduled ones:
- Go to Posts > Drafts.
- Click Edit by the draft.

4. Click Schedule post.
