How do I turn on Notifications for my website inquiries?

With the Broadly App, you can receive notifications on your mobile device or desktop each time a visitor makes an inquiry through your website!

To turn on notifications on your mobile device or desktop, please do the following:

*Once you have turned on notifications, you can manage your notification preferences here.


For iPhone Users

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings.

2. Then select Notifications.

3. On the Notifications screen, select the " Broadly" app.

4. Click on the toggle next to " Allow Notifications." Once the toggle turns green, you have successfully enabled Broadly notifications!


For Android Users

1. On your Android phone, go to Settings.

2. Then select Notifications.

3. On the Notifications screen, search for the " Broadly" app.

4. Then click on the toggle until it turns blue. You have successfully enabled Broadly notifications!


For Desktop Users

Broadly App notifications should be turned on by default when you sign into app.broadly.com on your desktop browser. If they are disabled for whatever reason, follow these instructions to turn on notifications for:
