Cancellation and Refund Requests
If you would like to cancel your Broadly subscription, please contact your Customer Success Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do require 20 days of advanced notice prior to your next billing date.
For example, if your billing date is on the 15th of each month and you request to cancel on January 5th, you will see one final charge on January 15th, and your Broadly services will remain active through February 14th. After that, you will not see any further charges on your account, and your Broadly services will be discontinued.

If you believe there was a mistake on your account's billing and would like to request a refund, please contact your Customer Success Manager at email@example.com and we will investigate further on your behalf.
