Cancellation and Refund Requests

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your Broadly subscription, please contact your Customer Success Manager at support@broadly.com. 

We do require 20 days of advanced notice prior to your next billing date.

For example, if your billing date is on the 15th of each month and you request to cancel on January 5th, you will see one final charge on January 15th, and your Broadly services will remain active through February 14th. After that, you will not see any further charges on your account, and your Broadly services will be discontinued.

Additional instructions for cancelled customers

To completely remove your business from Broadly, please complete the following steps:
1. If your Contact Form was connected to Broadly, please change the email address back to your own.
2. For WordPress websites, please deactivate the Broadly Plugin.
AND
If Broadly was integrated on your Windows computer, please uninstall the upload client from your computer. This will stop Broadly from receiving your customer data.
1. Perform a Windows search for "Add or Remove Programs"
2. Look for the "Broadly Upload Client" program ( usually listed alphabetically, so should be towards the top)
3. Click on it and select "Uninstall"


Refunds

If you believe there was a mistake on your account's billing and would like to request a refund, please contact your Customer Success Manager at support@broadly.com and we will investigate further on your behalf.
