Data Sources (For Admins Only)

Broadly integrations allow us to securely obtain customer names, emails and phone numbers directly from your business system. We will automatically follow up with your customers and send out Thank You messages to request for reviews on your behalf.

Below are the most common integrations that you can easily connect on your own through the Broadly App:

  • Clio
  • Jobber
  • Quickbooks Online
  • ServiceMonster

To select a data source and integrate seamlessly with Broadly, Admins need to go to Settings in the menu bar and click on Data Sources. Then choose Add Data Source and select the appropriate business system. In order to add and connect your business system, you will need to log into the business system with your Admin credentials. 

*Broadly collects only the information we need to provide you with our service. For example, with our Quickbooks integration, we look at customers who have paid their invoices. For other integrations, we may look at completed appointments, closed service orders, etc. You can access additional details about our privacy policy here.
